  • LOVE

    1 Corinthians 16:14 - Do everything in love.

    What is love? 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 - Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

    Every act of love reflects God, beacuse God is love.

  • WORRY, FEAR, ANXIETY

    Worry, anxiety, fear are not from God.

    2 Timothy 1:7 - God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.

    Worrying triggers anxiety, stress responses to your body (headache, heart palpitations, tense muscles, sleep problems exc.)

    Worrying is telling God that you do not trust Him - that your 'problems' are bigger than Him.

    Worry does not solve problems: it drains your energy, clouds your judgment and pull you away from God.

    For this reason, it is important that you hand your mental health, your problems to God and trust in His love, power and timing (Isaiah 60:22 - when the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen).

    Every worry that creeps in is a spiritual battle: it is the enemy trying to steal your peace and trust in God. (John 10:10 - the enemy comes to "steal, kill and destroy")

  • FRUITS

    Matthew 7:16-20 - you will know them by their fruits.

    A person's true character is revealed by the results of their life - their actions, words, attitudes, and the impact they have on others.

    Galatians 5:22-23 - "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law."

    These are the qualities the Holy Spirit grows in you when you walk with God.

What do fitness and faith have in common?

Fitness and Faith both require consistency, discipline and trust in the process.

Both transform you from the inside out.

Transformation takes consistency - in the gym and with God.

You cannot expect growth when you only show up when you feel like it.

You will not see results from the gym when you only step foot in the gym when you want.

You will not hear from God and get your 'answered prayers' when you only reach out to Him when it is convienient to you.

RETURNS

Not happy with your purchase? Don't worry. You have 28 days from the delivery date to return it back and get a refund or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item/s must be unused, unwashed or altered in any way.

Returns will not be accepted for refund or exchange if the original tag has been removed.

YDYW has the right to refuse any item sent back if items are not returned in their original condition.

 

If returns are made after 28 days YDYW has the right to refuse the return and therefore no refund will be given.
